This project was for a new 14000 square foot technical education facility along with a renovation of the existing associated administration area. It included concrete tilt up panels, automotive shop equipment, concrete, hoists, interior finishes, roofing, painting, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. As a no charge pre-sale services we reviewed the construction documents for constructability and code compliance prior to the project proposal being performed. All warranty items were performed at no cost to the owner and with minimal disruption.
