ESA has completed several task orders for the customer under this contract. Most recently
is a $939,397 remodel of a 9,484 sq. ft. occupied building. This project was conducted in two
phases and consisted of renovating, modernizing and standardizing the appearance of the FRB 1st
and 2nd floors, which involved demolition, construction, refinishing, replacing all walls, floors, ceilings and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This job consisted of high security constraints and safety was a priority for all involved. High-end finishing standards were required on this project. This project was completed early and under budget.
