Scope: The scope includes roofing repairs, masonry repairs, door and window restoration, and stabilization of the foundation with helical piers. Limited removal of interior finishes is required to confirm the extent of structural wood framing repairs. Replacement of the balustrade. Painting of interior and exterior faces of doors, windows and dormers plus the eave and fascias.
