Scope of work consists of 13,133 square feet of total building area. Four separate single story buildings which include classrooms, offices, restrooms, learning area, staff multi-use room and a courtyard with synthetic grass. Sidewalks and landscaping as well as paving were also part of the project.

Total square footage including building, utility trench, and pond is 137,500 sq.ft.
